Belly Pic's and "It's a BOY!"

On Superbowl Sunday, 2010, I had an inkling that I might be pregnant.  I definitely was not sure of this fact because most everything inside me figured I wasn't.  For peace of mind, I took a pregnancy test the next day and sure enough, I was!! This of course was shocking to me because in my mind there was NO way I could be.  It took me a while to come to grips with the fact that there would be a little baby Muncaster gracing us with his or her presence in the coming months.....After facing the reality of this, Jay and I became completely THRILLED.

I remember thinking I was "fat" in this picture....hahaha. (12 weeks)

At this stage, I couldn't imagine getting any bigger! (16 weeks)

Half of the way through! (20 weeks).

Ugh. I was SO ready to have the baby! (27 weeks)

The Nesting stage! (33 weeks)

A week before Peyton graced us with his presence. (38 weeks)
At 20 weeks, we were able to find out if we were having a boy or a girl.  We went to the doctor and had a sonogram to figure this out.  At our appointment, I asked the technician to not tell us what we were having and that I would rather her write on a piece of paper weather we were going to have a boy or a girl.  From there, I brought the piece of paper to a baker and asked him to bake us a cake.  I gave him the piece of paper from the technician and asked him to put pink frosting in cake filling if it was a girl or blue frosting in the cake filling if it was a boy.  The next day, I picked up the cake from the bakery.  Jay and I had our family over for a party that day so we could all figure out at the same time if we were in fact having a boy or a girl!  Here are pictures from our cake party when we found out that we were having a BOY! :)
It's a....????

As we were cutting the cake, I TOTALLY thought it was going to be a girl!!

Look at my reaction when we found out that it was a BOY!! :) Now look at Jay's reaction!

Blue frosting......

Congratulations, it's a BOY!!!
